Q. What are these wallpaper cutouts  made out of?
A. The wallpaper cutouts are made of the same material that  wallpaper is made from.

Q. Do I need to use wallpaper paste to put them up?
A. No. Wallpaper cutouts are pre-pasted. You just wet the back of the wallpaper
   cutouts with a wet sponge for a few seconds and then stick them to the wall.
   It is so easy.

Q. Do I have to cut them out myself?
A. No. Wallpaper cutouts come already die-cut in each unique shape.

Q. Can I get them off once I stick them up?
A. Yes. Wallpaper cutouts are made to be durable and to stay put once they are up,
   but when you are ready to take them off they can be stripped off by wetting them
   again.

Q. Can I hang them in a moist bathroom?
A. Yes. Wallpaper cutouts are vinyl-coated so they can be washed and they can
   withstand the moisture in a bathroom. Just don't put them right in the shower.
   Direct water flow will cause them to strip off.

Q. Can I put them on existing wallpaper?
A. Yes

Q. Are wallpaper cutouts safe for scrapbooking?
A. Scrapbookers love wallpaper cutouts. Unfortunately the cutouts are not 100%
   acid-free. However many people have gotten around this problem by spraying
   the wallpaper cutouts with products like Archival Mist™ or by placing
   archival quality papers between the wallpaper cutouts and their treasured
   photos. We suggest you do what feels right to you. Their acidity is only slight.

Q. When can I expect my order?
A. We ship most orders via U.P.S. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours.
   Please allow up to additional 10 business days to deliver your order to your home.

Q. How do I order with special shipping, such as next day, or second day?
A. Our website is not set up for special shipping at this time. For special shipping
   you must call 817-226-7890 to place your orders.

Q. Do you ship international??
A. Yes, we ship International.  Email lelandswallpaper@gmail.com with product,
   quantity needed and address. A quote for shipping and handling will be emailed to
   you.

Q. How do I pay by check?
A. Sorry, we do not accept checks.

Q. How do I return an item?
A. To return an item please use our online return form. You can return any unused item
   up to 30 days after you receive it (Unless it has been customized). You CANNOT
   return any item that has been used (unless it is defective). All returns will
   be charged a 30% restock fee.

Q How do I pay by School P. O.?
A. To use a school P.O. you will need to call us at 817-226-7890.

A. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Q. Do you offer a printed catalog?
A. Sorry, at this time we do not have a catalog. We only offer this website.

A. We are open Monday thru Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.

A. Texas residents must pay sales tax. If you do not live in Texas, we will not charge 
   you sales tax.
